How We Turned Coding Screencasts into a Million-Dollar Business

Our calm, deliberate pace has allowed me to learn and grow. It’s allowed me to wear all of the hats, and slowly take them off and let somebody else be responsible for parts of the business. As a control freak, it’s taken me time to learn and accept the fact that I don’t have to control everything, and I don’t even have to like everything all the time. It’s okay; we can fix it or improve it later.
